The new buildings are beautiful, but kids today will never know the rite of passage it was to have no AC and communal bathrooms. The struggle was real, but it taught us how to adapt and connect with each other. These new suite-style luxurious rooms keep kids already struggling for connection and real friendships isolated.

Just added all the dates to my work calendar so my boss and colleagues have a heads up as to why I’m sluggish the morning after all those late games! Here’s to hoping those games actually start on time, but who am I kidding, they’ll all start late after 1000 whistles and free throws during the last 5 minutes of the game prior.

@JackPilgrimKSR When will they learn to schedule games every 2:30? I’d rather have a break full of commentating and interviews if the game ends early, than miss a ton of the first half of the next game.

The SEC is an extremely physical conference. Yes, some fouls will be missed but a ref’s job is to call the game fairly, for and against BOTH sides, not ‘as they (choose to) see it’. Every questionable foul should be reviewed because I feel like refs get it wrong so frequently.
