@p90princess I had a bulge at 3/4 physical therapy helped me but I had a weak core and my muscles were so tight from the pain I developed scoliosis so if I had one take away for you it’s stretch it will hurt but do it enough and it will become a lot better

@theaccolonn @TaliesinEvitel I really wish wow would take the time to rework specs so the roles would be tank, dps, healer, buff and debuff for a 5 man party I think it would make things more interesting as well as allowing for more interesting play styles

@biohacker_ellie Heavensward is the best story so far imo but shadow bringers is epic and endwalker has impressed me so far but I haven’t finished yet… stormblood was probably better for me than most because I was playing SAM which made the zenos moments feel more impactful for me I think
