@jtsaxon While my current answer would be “no”, there’s a need in the US to streamline subspecialty training - fostering the strengths and cutting out the bloat/redundancy. 5-year cards training straight after med school would be a good first step.

@mmamas1973 @AnkurKalraMD Seems like inflation 1 and 2 are similar near the nominal pressure values since the first inflation stopped at nominal. Inflation 3 is way off because inflation 2 took a compliant balloon to 20 atm. Nonetheless, it is interesting.
