@willsuh76 The expensive school would need to be about 50 times better to choose it instead of the free one. Not to mention her income will be very similar once it’s all said and done. NYU, not an ounce of question.

@jtsaxon While my current answer would be “no”, there’s a need in the US to streamline subspecialty training - fostering the strengths and cutting out the bloat/redundancy. 5-year cards training straight after med school would be a good first step.
@mmamas1973@AnkurKalraMD Seems like inflation 1 and 2 are similar near the nominal pressure values since the first inflation stopped at nominal. Inflation 3 is way off because inflation 2 took a compliant balloon to 20 atm. Nonetheless, it is interesting.
