Recipient's bank has confirmed that no funds where received.

My card transactions were successful but did not reflect on the merchant's end, and the merchant has no record of the transactions. I have tried using the dispute option in the app but it isn't working. This only happens on Opay and it isn't the first.

@bolddhq @1appOnline @michaelfasere Boldd placed my account on hold since early April, till today no explanations, no solutions even after several mails back and forth. If you won't let me use my boldd account then allow me move my funds to another account in my name and close the boldd account!
