@ScuderiaBuckeye@Andrea19aaa@DeltaExpert_ Yes it’s still taken into account. But it’s a much smaller set of laps than the first 30 or whatever that he built that gap with. Hamilton was faster. Not 2 tenths sure. But he was faster.
OH TALK YOUR SHIT LEWIS
"I had a good race in Montreal and everyone was like 'Yeah but he is quick there'... kind of feel like I'm in a period where I'm having to remind people of who I am... my fans last year were telling me to remind me of who I am and now I'm having to..."
Ricciardo never prematurely saw himself as a WDC winner. He just believed he had demonstrated he was good enough to get the opportunity and machinery to fight for a WDC at least once in his career.
And it's not like he was alone in that belief, by the way.
@Andrea19aaa@DeltaExpert_ I think you’ve figured it out already by noticing Hamilton had to actually build a gap in the first part of the race before his pace fell off. He was faster in the first stint
@Ace12Adam Tv direction is always terrible I feel like, the commentators will start talking about a driver and then like 4 seconds into the they switch to some random girl or lance stroll on one of his “push” laps
