I’ve been a happy T-Mobile customer for years since my whole family (+ my ex’s family) switched from Sprint roughly a decade ago.
@JohnLegere was a true hero for the company and industry. He was always 5 steps ahead of the other carriers. I was so proud to be a customer while he was CEO.
But over the last few years the cracks have started to show, and now today might be the final nail for a lot of people.
It’s not even just about the cost increase or plan migrations, it’s the borderline scummy lack of visibility into the changes and the lack of consistency in message.
@SriniGopalan I’m truly disappointed in the lack of appreciation or clarity being shown to its most loyal customers.
I have long considered Verizon one the “bad guys” but their Simplicity plan is looking real interesting right now.
