if you're trying to get the bounce disc and you find a mineshaft close to a sulfur cave but not actually in it, you can literally just push the minecart chest into the sulfur cave before you open it and then it can contain bounce

P1 billion funds for UP Resilience Institute's Project NOAH has been proposed and backed by House panel during the Bicameral Conference Committee for 2026 national budget.

"Ang pangako po ng Project NOAH sa atin, they can actually help DPWH design the flood control projects," House Appropriations Chair Mikaela Suansing said.

Project NOAH has its hazard database map, which aims to inform the public about the hazards—including floods, landslides, and storm surges—in their real-time locations.
