Bought garage Frigidaire refrigerator. Lasted 16 months! Timer went out. Technician said he sees this often on this refrigerator so he keeps this particular part on his truck. Very disappointed.

Anyone else have a brand new @Frigidaire dishwasher burn through the pan? All I’ve got was installed incorrectly. Glad it didn’t catch fire. Do better @Frigidaire

@Frigidaire I already called. Y'all aren't doing enough to help me out from a possible house fire.

It is becoming to me that you aren't wanting to help.

Therefore, the best option is to promote on social media that you don't care about the customers concerns and when it is too late will you actually do something.

I won't ever buy anything else Frigidaire. I told your customer rep on the phone earlier that i want something for today to be done, no one is going to be home tomorrow and we aren't going to keep playing games with a technician coming whenever they please, or don't answer the phone, or won't call me back about said appt that was yesterday, etc.

I'm tired of spending money buying food out to eat. I want to cook a meal, yet you don't care, it seems.

@Frigidaire hmm can we say brand that needs to go away ! This brand is one of the worst only way you should get one is if they give it to you and then I would still run

@wadelentz yes. Or worse just regular parts are constantly breaking. Ive had to replace every bin in my $2K @Frigidaire fridge within 3 years.
