@jwsamuel @Delta is normally wonderful for me. And the Sky Club experience is very nice most days. The funny thing is that my Diamond status and my Delta AmEx card BOTH give me unlimited access, and yet that was not enough in this case. And outside emails to Delta execs auto-bounce.

Hey @Delta - got to EWR extra early for a flight (got off cruise ship early). Sky Club staff says we are NOT WELCOME until 3 hours prior to flight, even with lots of space in the club. I am 2 Million Miler and Diamond, but evidently only 360 gets exception. Really?

@ted_kuan @LenDevanna Model S was small production. Model Y is closer to mass production. The smaller city car will need real mass production. Making 1M of a car per year at a profit takes work. Doing it for ~$25k (with safety & quality) is the next big step.

We should be careful not to let people redefine long standing definitions too easily. Today we seem to value wisdom, less than immediacy. Which is funny since time and wisdom are correlated. A recession has been defined for years & years. Changing it feels convenient not right.

@LenDevanna Design is easy. Prototypes are easy. Small production is relatively easy. Mass production that is cost effective is amazingly hard.

@DeepStorageNet The PowerPoint hyperlink to a slide function did not work if there was a semi-colon in the title of the target slide. It was broken for over a decade. Quality is not job one there.
