I am still waiting for my VAT number to be validated. I called back yesterday and someone told me it was due to my account information. A coma needed to be added... I asked him to modify it. It has been done this morning. I tried to add my VAT number again... INVALID...

Is @AmazonBusiness broken ?
Never accepted my VAT number telling me VIES says it's an invalid number....
3 people in 10 days telling me someone will send me an email in less than 72 hours to sole the problem... Never received !
70 minutes on the phone for nothing...

@AmazonHelp Hi Mehdi,
It's written someone will get in touch with me within 12 hours. I still have no news and I know (by having already tried) that if I try to reach someone able to find a solution, nothing will happen.
Is there an other way to solve the problem ?
