@MHaroon_Zaman@amznsellerhelp from case ‘we have identified poor quality or defect issues based on the following customer comments:
Doesn't work as should ,
Defective’
Like I mentioned; 1.7% return rate for last 30 days on 20k units, ‘customers keep item’ on PDP. No other info from AMZ, inv now available
@amznsellerhelp can you please help us? CASE ID : 20206499761
We sell 250k+ units of this ASIN a year, ASIN currently maintains a 4.8 star rating with 43,919 reviews. The 12mo return rate is 1.9%, recent 30 day return rate is 1.7%, showing no recent product issues.
@michaelpatron0 Our SAS rep was able to tell us and provide a link… no luck through SeSu so I’m not even sure if our rep was allowed to tell us, he was awesome.
@amznsellerhelp@AmazonASGTG@amznsellerhelp product still shut down, 48 hours later and no updates. 43k reviews, 4.8 stars, sub 2% return rate, customers keep item badge, #1 best seller in category. 48,000 units stuck in reserves.
@amznsellerhelp AMZ allows ‘ frequently returned items’ to be live and sellable but takes down products that exceed every AMZ metric? Our ASIN has ‘customers usually keep this item’ meaning low return rate, excellent VOC, best seller badge, provable sub 2% return rate, 4.8 stars and 43k+ reviews
@amznsellerhelp Is there any way to escalate or expedite this? This is our top selling ASIN and it was pulled down with zero warning, VOC health is perfect, return rate is sub 2%, 4.8 stars with 43,000+ reviews and its the best seller in it’s category. AMZ even touts low return rate for us?
@michaelpatron0 They’ve pulled 3 of our ASINs just this week. All sub 2% 12mo return rates. No warning, just moved to reserved. @amznsellerhelp how can we invest in raw materials, manufacture the product, send to Amazon and then have low return rate products pulled with no warning?
@MbtHawk@amznsellerhelp They did change how long the reserves are, two of our accounts never had reserves (10+ year old accounts) newest acct had reserves. This is our original account… you can clearly see the cash crunch. They will now just forever hold $400k+ unless we stop selling for two weeks?
@MbtHawk@amznsellerhelp Correct, doesn’t count as a ‘product charge’ until the funds release so during the transition you virtually will have zero sales for at least 7 days. Our payout during the transition settlement period was 35% of what it should’ve been. They now will hold $400k of ours forever!
@MbtHawk@amznsellerhelp If your account had a reserve level then it’ll be even more difficult to match up just by looking at it. We have 3 accounts and only one of them ever carried an account level reserve, that was the acct that just switched over to DD+7 last week.
@MbtHawk@amznsellerhelp I’d click your deferred transactions on statement view and then click all the way back to the last page. You should be able to time it up on when the ‘switch’ happened. the downloaded report would show it as well. I would bet that’s it, like I said it just happened to us too
