@GoonerGirlArt 100% this. Soaking up the joy and hope. Loving the positivity. Loving seeing all the red and white photos from Budapest and London. The game will happen regardless, and I'm enjoying us being the Champions of England, and in the biggest European Final of them all.
@laythy29 So underwhelming, even in mainstream media coverage. Such a generational shift from my childhood. Cup Final day in the late 70s, through the 80s, was the centre of attention for a nation: players leaving the hotel, on the coach, etc., etc. Excitement everywhere! And then, today.
@SianyMacalarny Wow. I read it. As a parent, that is completely horrifying in so many ways. But what an article. I know I'm never going to forget reading it. And I'm certain I'll hug my daughter a little longer at bedtime. Oh my.
@PistonPowered I think he's on the path and in the conversation and if he plays the way he played against the Knicks and takes us to the Finals then I think he has every right to be this bold.
Absolutely 100% The Arsenal must win today. Bank the points, statement win v that lot, start new momentum, buffer gap again. Anything less puts us in a difficult place. COYG!
Travelled from the UK to NYC this week and saw the Pistons for the first time, vs the Knicks at MSG. Fantastic venue and an even better game! Cade was on a different planet!
In London for a few days. Took the opportunity to visit our church. Fantastic day, met some great people, fans and staff, each with their own story of what The Arsenal means to them. So many magical moments but seeing Michael Thomas' Anfield '89 boots was a particular highlight.
