Our Primary 7 pupils had an amazing final Aitkenhead Primary School Disco. Celebrating the end of their primary school journey with friends, music, dancing, and great memories.
The Parent council would like to wish them all good luck with their onward journey at high school!
The Responsible Reading Stars met today to discuss our cushion designs. We are looking forward to purchasing personalised cushions to help make Dear Time more comfortable ๐

Some of our P4โs and P5โs took part in the Active Schools Festival today at St. Ambrose High School. They showed excellent sportsmanship and skill on and off the pitch! Thank you to our parent helpers for coming along and helping with the coaching! โฝ๏ธ
P7 had a brilliant morning at Strathclyde Park on the Wear Yellow Walk in aid of St. Andrewโs Hospice. Thank you to our parent helpers who came along with us.
Primary 1 enjoyed taking their literacy outdoors today. They did a common word hunt and then wrote their phoneme words with chalk and used loose parts for the sound buttons

Primary 1 enjoyed outdoor learning in the sunshine today. We were looking for signs of spring and found daisies, dandelions ๐บ , leaves and buds on the trees, bees ๐ and wasps and of course snails and slugs ๐
