Anyone wanting to buy a new build property, I strongly recommend you don’t use @GleesonHomes

No communication after numerous complaints. Garden still flooding & unusable after 6 months of owning the property. 100% will not recommend a friend. 😤

Absolutely disgusting. Complained 6 times since moving into our @GleesonHomes about our garden flooding. Just keep getting ignored or receiving generic emails to say it’s been sorted when we’ve only been contacted once about it and was told we would kept updated which we haven’t.

@GLENOWEN20 No, we did it ourselves in the end. It would’ve cost us £2,000+ to pay someone to do it.

@GLENOWEN20 @GleesonHomes They eventually came and installed a pipe but left it a complete mud pit & really uneven. We ended up doing it ourselves because with a toddler & 2 dogs we couldn’t wait anymore. Did you?
