About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative, self-motivated, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead a fast-growing brand’s digital presence. The ideal candidate will handle content creation, campaign execution, and overall social media strategy across multiple platforms, ensuring strong engagement, brand growth, and consistent online visibility.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Execution
• Create engaging short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Design high-quality graphics and branded marketing creatives
• Write compelling captions, scripts, and marketing copy
• Shoot, edit, and publish content across all social platforms

Growth & Campaign Management
• Drive follower growth, engagement, and brand awareness
• Identify trends and create high-performing content
• Collaborate with influencers and content creators

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with strong portfolio (mandatory)
• Proficiency in CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro
• Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Excellent content writing and storytelling ability
• Strong understanding of Nigerian social media trends
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Creative, proactive, and execution-focused mindset

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or consumer brands
• Knowledge of Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
• Basic photography and videography skills
• Experience using AI tools for digital marketing
