@flyspicejet When they arrived for boarding, the staff deflected to a pilot standing nearby who suggested to get on board as they will check and let us know and also told us that he himself was informed at 1.30am so was unable to comment. Overall it was just deflection from @flyspicejet
So back during the whole cancellation fiasco, @IndiGo6E arranged for refreshments for passengers without having to be told and for that I'm really grateful. But my recent travel with @flyspicejet has me wondering if Indigo spoiled me or is Spicejet just avoiding responsibility.
@flyspicejet I went up to the spicejet checkin but there was no one present until 5.45am. I decided to checkin and asked about refreshments and I was asked to proceed to gate 5 as that's where refreshments would be provided. But to no surprise there was no one there.

@flyspicejet SG 488 from BOM to CCU was scheduled for 5:45 hrs but was preponed to 04:45 hrs and at 02.53hrs we were informed that the flight has been delayed to 07:00 hrs. Are passengers not supposed to get refreshments since the flight has been delayed by more than 2 hrs?
