There actually cheaper than trainers 😁
This means you can keep off the wheat for your next years bread 🍞 @AraconFarming
Its too wet for digging spuds but we’re trying all we can to get them out the ground. Even tried pulling it with 2 tractors 😩 #585hp#grimme#potatoes#monitorfarm
Today we’re drilling @KWSUKLtd Firefly into OSR volunteers. First time leaving the volunteer OSR instead of using a cover crop after digestate. #notill#vaderstad#wheat#farming
Field finished... Wheat finished... #Harvest19 finished! Been a struggle this year, some really good yields, some not so good. Just glad to have it all in the shed #yourharvest#monitorfarm@agricontract
This is the dust level from #YourHarvest 2019 which caused distress to some residents close to the fields if any one would like to visit my farm and see how things work they are welcome any time
If you are a farmer also willing to show anyone round your farm pls RT @NFUtweets
@driverfarms1 @agricontract@MrsRJWill@bencm305 I’m not disagreeing with you but I’m curious if you feel the same way about NHS workers. Are their jobs no more important than the bin mans?
@driverfarms1 @agricontract@MrsRJWill@bencm305 Yeah maybe. We’re always looking to improve but we do alright with our crops at the minute. The subsidies help pay for the Range Rover instead
@driverfarms1 @agricontract@MrsRJWill@bencm305 You must have some cheap rent with good land then. In the north west with our climate, yields and rent it’s not easy to be under £125
@driverfarms1 @agricontract@MrsRJWill@bencm305 Do you know your cost of production? If it’s below £125/t I would be interested to know how you do it. I would say the price of wheat at the minute is below the COP for a lot of people. The only way some farms can keep going is because of the subsidies
