Arada today announced the first phase of Thameside West, a landmark regeneration development spread over 47 acres in London's Royal Docks with a Gross Development Value of £2.5 billion.
The opening stage will deliver 1,500 homes across six buildings alongside a major new public park, part of a scheme set to bring at least 5,000 homes - 35% of them affordable - to the capital's longest undeveloped stretch of riverfront.
Global firms Gensler, Arup and Planit have been appointed to progress the first stage, while Arada is also working with Transport for London on a new DLR station to serve future residents.
Delivered in partnership with the Greater London Authority through GLAP, Thameside West reflects Arada's commitment to large-scale community building in one of Europe's most significant regeneration areas.
