@ThreeUKSupport Thanks to your recent "network upgrade" in my area my internet connection has gone from a fairly strong 5G to little or no coverage at all. I do hope these issues resolve themselves fairly quickly. I shall be expecting to be let out of contact early without a fee

@_siphelan l'm tired of being palmed off or ignored. Customer service for Hometree is abysmal, no reply to my emails or call back as requested. 6 weeks without heating now due to incompetent engineers. Have someone reach with a solution TOMORROW or this will only go further!
