Great opening session at #AIMCON2024 today with @JonColbySpeaks. Jon demonstrated the value of research and good data, supporting his points. We help organizational leaders do the same! Stop by our booth and say hello…..or be a tiger or Martian. @Remodel_Health
We have a longstanding relationship with @Remodel_Health, the leader in helping orgs/businesses navigate the health insurance landscape. Check out their guest blog on our site on how leaders can make better decisions through data collection - https://t.co/TUu2RqVwcG
In this special episode of “COVID and the church,” host Aaron Hill and @Arbor_Group researchers discuss why certain leaders and congregations were more impacted by the pandemic than others. https://t.co/rhEohfRi6l

The COVID-19 pandemic affected almost every institution in America. But how did it impact the American church?

Last week seemed to be THE week to hold a faith-based conference in the USA. The social media posts from Christian leaders were dominated by scenes from inside hotel ballrooms. (Are they still called that?)
We are on the road this next week, participating in @daveraley's innovative one-day conference at Epcot Center. Then, we'll be attending the @MissioNexus conference in Orlando. We are looking forward to connecting with missional leaders from around the world.
On this international women's day, the entire Arbor Research Group would like to celebrate the dynamic, intelligent, and confident women who are our team members - and those who have been (and will be) our clients. The world is a better place due to their leadership.
We are thrilled to be working with @daveraley as he leads us through some "housekeeping" after a tremendous growth year. Dave brings two decades of marketing/growth experience to the table and has already launched us on a solid trajectory after our first meeting.

In all of our studies, college graduates in the workforce want to personally/professionally develop/grow through their work. However, most feel that their bosses are more interested in their productiveness and considerably less about their personal growth.
@aussiedave Hello Dave. Absolutely. From our current project with https://t.co/iJ9Q4HgL1C, we are finding there are churches that are getting it and integrating digital more. Of course it's not most, but if we can advance the effective models, the "social proof" may help. - TL
The economy/inflation has presented a challenge to businesses & #nonprofits and their employees. With the employment squeeze there is pressure to give raises of 8-10% just to keep up with rising costs. Merit #raises will need to be >10%.
According to Indeed research, 25% of the labor force is 55 years old or older. And immigration (the only way the USA population is growing and that was 0.1% last year), is 27% of 2015 levels. The future employment environment will be challenging for employers.
