@InTheMixer @ScottyFEFL @cracklarry Rubbish. Luke Wilkshire was plucked from League One by Hiddink & put straight into the NT in 2006. Mass Luongo was playing League One with Swindon when Ange turned him into the star player of the 2015 Asian Cup.

@InTheMixer Robbo stayed with Cardiff when they went down, now goes back up. If he has a good season in the Championship he’s in the frame for the NT. Gauci’s form fluctuated so he has been passed by Beach, for now.

Taylor would not get an immediate start in the Championship. Right move.

@srod009 Agree that development is an issue. But you cannot tell me our youth is not better now than 15 years ago - post golden generation it was a barren wasteland.

Now we have 15-20 elite players under 23 years of age.
