It is always a good idea to make sure you dont get stagnant, your skills may dull.

He is more then welcomed to, if she can perform for her students, she can for him.

Depends, each person should find what works for them.

For her, she does harder spells, and hold them for a while before taking a break, doing smaller spells in between.
