@McDonaldsUK Out of petrol and patience. Peterlee branch. Went through drive through & got order missing a burger. Telephoned & agreed a refund. Drove all the way back. Asked for the refund, was told that if I wanted a refund, I should’ve brought the rest of the food. Ridiculous.

@Avianca lost my suitcase 2 days ago between LAX & Guatemala La Aurora. It has my entire life in it. They haven't emailed me to tell me ANYTHING. Nobody knows what to do everytime I call. I am sitting here at 5am still with no idea if they are even looking for it. WTF Avianca???
