Did some more testing. Mistweavers can also do this with Potion of Gusts a practical application would probably require you to rop them while you weyrnstone to avoid getting meleed. See more notes below.

Cooked up a new way of pulling birds onto 2nd boss skyreach tech requires DH+Aug. I have not tested this yet in an active key but should still work. Pretty massive time save in most meta comps. See important notes below.

Brew Can do this aswell* but losing combat pot on brew/losing your tank matters more than healer.

Potion of Gusts is not technically required but it saves you a roll charge which means you would have to wait extra time. This is slightly slower than DH since have to wait on CD could make it faster with Spatial from Aug.
