It is reported that she previously cried out for help, but both authorities and friends neglected her, leaving her completely helpless in a foreign land.

@mungaikihanya @jwahinya @DavidNdii We can collect the levy for the EV during renewal of insurance. Just make it mandatory to feed the current mileage and it populates based on previous km done and charge based on a rate of litres equivalent....but this will need to have a foolproof system.
