We are excited to announce that we’re returning to Lake Wylie House in South Carolina to design a pool house addition for the home! We are working on site studies, massing, and gathering inspiration images for this pool house addition, #LakeWyiePoolHouse!

Initial #sketches for #AAHouse. We considered the home’s elevation as we worked through SD since the home is located on a steep slope. The main level includes all of the public spaces and the main bedroom while the lower level features an art studio, storage, and guest room.

Last we shared of #Rebus interior framing had just been installed. Since then, the cabinets downstairs are being installed, the walls are primed and ready for paint, and we've been double and triple checking tile layouts in the bathrooms!

#MerinoStudio's siding will replicate the dark wood of the living area, & the windows on all sides of the studio reference those of the home. The windows maximize space for storage and art on the walls, and frame distinct viewpoints back to the main home.
