Well done to the four groups of Year 11 pupils who have successfully completed the qualifying expedition for their Silver Award with @DofE Northern Ireland.🥾
Over the last three days they have battled rain, been eaten by midges and even met a donkey or two along the way!

“You can go and collect fir-cones for me,” said Kanga, giving them a basket.
So Tigger and Roo went to the Six Pine Trees and threw fir-cones at each other until they had forgotten what they came for, and they left the basket under the trees and went back to dinner. ~A.A.Milne
Wow!
We are truly blown away by the generosity of our #FoyleFamily. Thank you to everyone who donated food items to the Foyle Foodbank as part of our Christmas Jumper Day celebrations. We hope these contributions will make a difference to those who need it most this Christmas💙

@foyle_college@FCFPA We have a large library of school sports photos dating from 1883 and covering all age groups in rugby, hockey, cricket and athletics. All the photos have been digitised and can be viewed in the Archive. The attached photo is the 1984/85 First XI Hockey team.
@foyle_college@FCFPA Recently we had the pleasure of welcoming Ken Gamble, Cecil Heatley and Michael Hewitt for a tour of the Archive. There were some interesting “stories” while we were having a cup of tea.
