Parity for mental health. Justice for those whose health has been made worse by unreasonable waiting times. Fight to get the NHS to follow its own Constitution.
Given that this was identified by a Working Party of professionals in 2021, why was I screaming, driven2 crisis point & having2 try to explain this2 the DWP in an MR in autumn 2022?
Why could the DWP not just have read the report & agreed to treat ppl fairly?
@Debbie_abrahams
My GP removed online booking YEARS ago blaming Covid, but never added it back & claim the reason is "triage" even though receptionists aren't medically trained to triage (its a excuse)
Removed accessibility too.
98.7% of GP's are supposed to have online appointments!
@DHSCgovuk
@DanJamNuttall My complaint response letter was sent by snail mail so that's why it took a very long time to arrive
Before the complaints officer rang me, I was sent a text with the general complaints 0800 number & their extension number
Include your complaint reference no. in subject heading
Halifax said "What you need to do is ring" to a disabled customer who'd spent almost 5 hours trying to explain to them that they struggle with making phone calls.

Do you think it's a Reasonable Adjustment for a bank to agree to arrange a call back for a disabled customer?
Why is this so difficult for @HalifaxBank ?

@HalifaxBank You did refuse my Reasonable Adjustment request. If you hadn't refused it, the problem would have been resolved hours ago.
You have not provided a way forward for me, and you don't even have an email address for your complaints team.

I have been round and round in circles on your webpage.
You need to improve your support for disabled customers, please. @mmhpi
.@SarahMillican75 Carlisle tkts cancelled so trying2 rebook but cannot get directly in touch with a human @seetickets - they have no phone number & no live chat - have to fill out a form & wait for them to get back to you. Need ticket outlets with direct / live way to communicate
@DrHWazir Plus: medicine & dentistry courses tend to require the right A levels - all at 1 sitting. Access courses not accepted. It's hard for mature adults wishing to change careers to get funding for the required A levels to apply for medicine + timetable / delivery format which works
@MartinSLewis@itvMLshow I sat on a picnic bench in a hotel garden, wth a cup of coffee. Th bench wasn't secured2 th ground, & toppled over. They didn't offer another coffee or even apologise
My elderly-ish relative slipped on a tomato on th floor in Harrods. Staff saw it happen bt didn't offer any help
It seems that part of the NICE Guidelines looks at the cost of treatment for a condition.
Maybe it's time they looked at the cost of NOT treating someone for a condition / not treating them quickly enough.
@iidris13 Wouldn't it make sense to be able to offer this or similar before bariatric surgery? Would increasing BED treatment options not be worth the investment to reduce the risk of diabetes & obesity / to improve the health of patients with these comorbidities?
Thank you
@iidris13 Given lisdexamfetamine is effective for some US residents with BED, wouldn't it be of potentially massive benefit, both in terms of health & finance to do the research necessary to licence it in the UK for BED?
