My inspiration was the modern hilltop mansion from The Glass House! Not sure If I'll be able to add similar windows or not, so it remains unfinished.
I really hope I'll be able to find cc windows to make it look like the inspiration in the comments 🥲! #showusyourbuilds@ts4
I typically prefer to build more classically-inspired homes but this one broke the mould! This Modernist estate was inspired by work of architect Hugh Newell Jacobsen. Love how to turned out and it looks great at night too. This was a build I did in 2023. #showusyourbuilds#ts4
Plan A & Plan B! Which one are you choosing?
Plan B includes an expanded wraparound porch, a bonus third garage, and overall more square footage.
***These are both works in progress***

How it started VS. How it's going
*This is a work in progress! Tonight's build is a whimsical coastal home inspired by homes you might find on the East Coast! Blue shingle exterior with a stone foundation & chimneys and a beautiful metal roof. #showusyourbuilds#thesims4#ts4
A new beach cottage I started building tonight! It's a work in progress, there is no backside yet. This one was also built using the "raised foundation" method (I made a video about this). #showusyourbuilds#thesims4#ts4#architecture
@MsPrissySim Since the "foundation" is actually just built using the wall tool, you can apply any wall texture to it. The actual platform that is showing at the edge of the lot all around will only be able to use platform wall textures. Boo. I don't get why they limit us lol.
@MsPrissySim Thank you so much! Same here. I never used them until I started doing these foundations. I feel they give the house a much more realistic look and I love being able to use ANY wall texture on the "foundation" instead of the limited options for the real foundation tool 😅
