Recently added a new section for Completion Submissions to allow your contracts to submit required document for approval from the appropriate design team members. Similar to technical submissions but aimed at project close out.

For our customers who need to collect documentation at the end of a project from the contractor we have added a nice feature called Completion Submittals. They list in sitepal and allow the contractor to upload documentation and request sign-off from the design team members.

Our dev team is working hard on improvements to the submittals area of the system. New features allow for 'Completion Submittals' separate to technical submittals and allow contractor to submit and request sign off from relevant design team members.

Added option to custom forms area to pull through important detail from forms into the list page. This will appear also in our quality control and health and safety sections.

Changes made to the template instruction section now allow users to import .docx templates as well as .odt. This will help where specific branding / formatting guidelines must be followed.

Forgot to mention it here at the time but in September we improved the layout on contractor portal for required documents. The new layout with improved headings and shading should make it clearer for your contractors when they are uploading documents.
