▶️Most launchpads are not built around serving the community first. Fees are usually shared between token creators and the team.
There is nothing inherently wrong with that model, and many successful projects have been built around it.
▶️But we’ve always wondered:
What would a launchpad look like if we shifted more of the focus toward the community and token creators?
That also aligns directly with our Proof of Trade concept - recognizing and rewarding the people who actually create activity on the platform.
That is why Arcwar was born.
Most of the fees go back to the community.
That’s also what seems to interest people most about our fee allocation model.
To understand why we designed it this way, it helps to first look at how we see a launchpad.
In our view, a launchpad is built around three main forces:
> The community, mainly traders, is like the roots - the backbone of the ecosystem. Without them, no launchpad can really work.
> Token creators are like the branches. They keep the system active and help the ecosystem grow.
> The developing team is like the environment around the tree, providing the infrastructure and conditions that support everything else.
How PoT works:
> You want to earn $AW emissions.
> $AW only goes to people who actually use Arcwar.
How do you prove you’re a contributor?
By trading.
