This morning, a truck sank into the road inside #Gurgaon Greens (Sec 102) — the very same spot where the fire line has been broken for nearly a year. The entire structure seems hollow underneath. Add this to the gym ceiling #collapse last week — had it been daytime, lives could have been lost. Since 2019, residents have flagged serious construction issuesby Emaar India Ltd. But #DTP Gurugram has remained a mute spectator, shielding the builder instead of ensuring public safety. Lifts are malfunctioning, manholes are broken, and the multi-level #parking is crumbling.
Will the govt wait for lives to be lost before acting?

A contractor engaged by the Municipal Corporation of Manesar (#MCM) has submitted a complaint to @NayabSainiBJP @cmohry , alleging senior civic officials demanded #bribes, imposed unfair #penalties, and deliberately withheld payments worth over ₹8.5 crore. Shishpal Singh Rana of Akanksha Enterprises claimed he was forced to pay multiple bribes and submitted "complete documentary evidence" to the CM's office.
MCM commissioner Renu Sogan strongly refuted the allegations, calling them a "motivated attempt" by a contractor who failed to meet manpower and equipment requirements. She said all data is transparently recorded on government portals monitored at senior levels and warned that "malicious players will not be spared." Senior officials said an internal inquiry may be initiated.

Shocking revelations from Manesar
Senior officials of Municipal Corporation of Manesar (#MCM) allegedly took #bribes from a private #contractor to clear bills and extend tenders. Sanitation workers were deployed at officials' private homes, their salaries allegedly paid by the contractor — while genuine workers have gone unpaid due to stalled payments!
Facing exposure, MCM officials conveniently went on leave on Monday to dodge accountability.

Massive betrayal at Hero Homes, Gurgaon!
The #Hero project, launched in 2018, committed possession of Phase 1 (Towers 1-4) by December 2023. Buyers said they are in May 2025, and are still waiting for possession. Occupancy Certificate (OC) was applied in February 2024, after multiple #protests and relentless follow-ups. Even then, flats were selectively shown to a few owners, while the majority continue to wait. The external and internal conditions are far from habitable — yet the builder demanded final possession payments by April 12, 2025.
Despite this, they applied for OC for Phase 2 (Towers 5-7), clearly violating norms.
Since April 12, buyers have been falsely assured that possession will happen in "45 days," but at the ground reality, even another year won't be enough to complete the work.
This is pure harassment and financial exploitation of homebuyers. buyers demand immediate intervention by authorities and strict action against Hero Homes for misleading, delaying, and extracting money from innocent buyers without completing the project.
