Hoy fui a un supermercado trotando (con el permiso). Para un auto de securitos de vitacura con un paco adentro y me pregunta: ¿de quien vay arrancando ctm? Yo me quedo callado y le muestro el permiso y me dice "da lo mismo el permiso no puedes ir a comprar trotando, anda en auto"

@rand_yosh314 @marysuewriter I think it's because on is more of a location preposition, and by is more if a mode preposition. And to do something by/on accident indicates the way that thing is done rather than a positional relationship with accident.
