On social media, you don't have to play the outrage game. You can put good, quality, positive info into the world. Make that the goal. Not gaining followers through emotional manipulation

#5 That requires a careful blend of art and science. The coach must know the science but that must never be a constraint. A good coaching eye informed by science but not limited to science will make the athlete significantly better.
Why are PE teachers so infatuated with wall sits? Where is the transfer to everyday movement- mechanically or otherwise? What is so special about them please explain because “blasting the quads” is not good enough.
