I will never forget when the wildfires hit SK and many kpop idols including 6/7 BTS members reportedly donated, and antis/fans started judging and questioning Jimin. Many turned it into a fanwar and comparison, overlooking years of Jimin and his family quietly donating and volunteering since he first started earning. THEN months later, kmedia reported that Jimin had donated too, but privately.

The donation was only revealed when he and his family became the first family trio to join the “Green Noble Club” in recognition of their long-term charitable giving. So many Korean fans and locals learned about it and were genuinely touched by his generosity and humility.

AND a month after that, he also became the first idol featured in “The Givers 50” for his consistent dedication to helping others and the lasting impact of his kindness. He is the very embodiment of the proverb ‘do good and forget it,’ and it’s one of the many things I love about him! He deserves all the best things in life 🩷

Just to remind everyone, Jimin is the one who even blindfolded was able to do this amazingly phenomenal spins and end up still in correct position facing the front of stage. Even professional dancers were amazed, blown away.
