The first meeting of the ‘Brethren’s Breakfast Club’ was held today at Tres Bon in Lymington. This will be a monthly gathering enabling men to meet and talk or, equally important, just listen. Its just the beginning of many more such assemblies of camaraderie and cholesterol.
Some Brethren of Lyndhurst Lodge no. 8012 supporting Test Valley Chapter No. 6181 during their Official Visit at The Totton Masonic Hall last night. A surprisingly good chicken curry was enjoyed by all.
Ferguson Jnr. APGM (Middlesex) is leaping off London HQ to raise money for a number of local and national charities. If you’re able, a small donation would be greatly appreciated.

A great evening at Chandlers Ford last night as Brevity Lodge 9903 celebrated the start of the Chinese New Year (of the Fire Horse), by welcoming Bro. Yi into the fraternity. Followed by a tasty Indian buffet - or should it have been Chinese...?
This is the first time I've been bribed back into playing (hopefully not the last!) Its surprising what I'll do for a hot chocolate and a muffin! Keep up the good work Brevity Lodge 9903.
I'm back in circulation after my many weeks in hospital and convalescence. Last night was a great evening at Canute Lodge No. 4876 for their Nepalese curry night. Don't miss the next one!
Good trip up to the wilds of Middlesex last night for a visit to Greenford Lodge at the Harrow Masonic Centre.
The Hampshire contingent comprised of 8 masons all keen to visit pastures new and support the official visit by W. Bro. Ian Ferguson APGM Middlesex. Fab evening.
I have a cunning plan following the cancellation of my surgery (again)! I have booked a 1 way plane ticket to France, where I shall destroy my passport and proceed back to the UK via a rubber dinghy. I am confident that immediate treatment will be forthcoming, and a £500 bonus!
A reminder to all Masons (and others) who meet at the Brockenhurst Masonic Centre - or anywhere else locally! We will be joining the Lyndhurst Remembrance Day Parade on Sunday. Come and show your support and have a bowl of hot stew for £5 afterwards!
Lyndhurst Lodge 8012 meeting on Tuesday 4th November 2025. Bro. Chris Evans passed to the 2nd Degree. Two generations of Ferguson present, W. Bro. Ian (APGM Middlesex) and W. Bro. ARF. My last meeting before my heart operation next Tuesday - hopefully!
