Caught wind of this token the other day.

Apparently the original Useless memecoin team created their token on BSC back in 2021. They had the logo designed and trademarked under the company Useless LLC.

The new (more popular one) is using this copyrighted (trademarked? Idk) logo and name illegally.

Now the OG creators are going after the new one legally and attempting to have it removed from CEX’s.

If that happens people will surely pivot to this token launched a few days ago by the OG team.

I am positioned for this possibility but everyone needs to make that decision for themselves after doing sufficient research. I’ll drop a few posts below that explain all of this in better detail than I can.

Bottom line….. The $USELESS you know now is illegally using materials that were trademarked in 2021 by the OG team.
