@ArgosHelpers You keep telling me I have been refunded when I havent!!! I have recieved no new gift card sent to me as I was promised by your colleague Lauren from the escalations team. By making it impossible for me to use or access my refund you are breaching my UK consumer rights!!!

@Argos_Online i have just had the worst service. Ordered 3 items online for delivery today and all 3 are faulty. Tried to call to sort the problem out, and could hardly understand what was being said. No genuine apology for the issue, the custoner service rep couldnt care less 😡
