Atheism is a deeply unserious philosophical view.
My tolerance for discussing it with guys who storm in with snark and a chip on their shoulders is extremely low, especially when I'm being polite.
They're very easy to replace, especially since the arguments never change.
@refugeelolbert@JohnWight1 The fact is that every single person who "saved his life" is probably a racist. They're just not White racists.
If you think the man was saved by a combination of color-blind meritocrats (if even that schlock is anywhere close to real), you're a refugee from reality.
@greg_price11 She's not clueless. She's just terrified of a world where Black excuses are no longer taken at face value by most of the country, even if it means getting away with literal murder. And if she can't help keep that kind of America, she's failing her community as they see it.
Always amazing to me how public preachers can simultaneously have lots to say about 'kinism' exclusively with Whites, but nothing to say about the existence of that in the Black (among others') community.
Either they make sure to constantly guard their lines of communication to ensure no one can ever ask the question, or if it does get asked they smile and say 'Well thanks for your question' and then completely ignore it.
Everyone from the Pope to the local pastor has mastered this art of just never having to face a tough question, ever.
It's one of the most mind-boggling parts of the modern media world, to me.
Silicon Valley is dumping their bags on the American people. Enterprises are starting to figure out that they can run their own AI models internally, retain all of their data, and even train their own custom models for cheaper than paying the big model providers. If the government is a shareholder the companies enter "too big to fail" territory like the banks in 2008 and we the people are left holding the bag and paying to keep these companies afloat for "national security reasons" or whatever.
@TravLCox "Be kind" is the atheist version of "I'll pray for your wounded soul", which in turn is just "**** you" for people too afraid to drop F-bombs.
@fire_detector Don't wanna give anyone funny ideas. This is their #1 fear. It means an end to the monopoly of power BLM style uprisings enjoy, and suppressing it runs risk of it really getting out of control.
Thanks to Kevin DeAnna at @identity_pol ( Identity Politics) for a great interview today. Tune in as we explore a variety of new immigration issues and the retaking of OUR homeland. @JackPosobiec
People are acting like the Black support for Karmelo is some specific Black thing that White people don't do, but that's just not true. It's just that White versions tend to be less mindlessly thuggish.
See the justifications for multiple people trying to kill Kyle Rittenhouse.
Glad to see the Karmelo verdict. Celebrating too hard seems like the wrong foot.
Instead I'll lament that the entirety of black "leadership" seems hellbent on taking the wrong lesson here, and communicating to their communities that this ruling was a grave injustice and it should be open season on any White person who ever upsets them, even if it's because they were caught stealing.
@DThinkinIndian@DerrickEvans4WV We don't care what their religion demands, and it used to require a 30 inch sword until the British told them no.
The new rule is that your blade must be 1 inch long and made of styrafoam. Don't like it? Leave the religion or the country.
A good Christianity is that which uplifts and perfects a people and culture, therefore a good Christianity will here be a Danish Christianity, both avoiding a Christless Danishness and a Danishless Christianity
@BasedTorba One nice thing about the Zelda series is that it's largely kept a real high quality to it. They're not gliding on nostalgia. And it's nice to have something a kid and a parent can both relate to.
I find it interesting how Christians will go to the ends of the earth seeking salvation for the most degenerate reprobates imaginable, but are gleeful at the thought of casting racists into the lake of fire.
Pastor Spangler preaches Christ to those who are unwelcome anywhere.
