Can I say something? I'll say it anyway.
Hand writing is definitely good, but I think in 2026 post graduate surgery students wasting time writing discharge summaries on paper instead of spending quality time reading evidence based medical and surgery care, and learning more at bedside should be the priority.
Not sure why these medical records and discharges are not yet digitized. World is moving on with templates and digitized summaries eons ago and we are stuck here, praising the PGs handwriting.
Also treatment and post treatment orders are not guidelines oriented. Hope post graduates learn better from their training rather than focusing on improving their hand writing.
