I don’t understand how in a digital world a tariff can be advertised….refused…then re-offered again?

@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow E-ON say they cannot fulfil the tariffs being shared by @MoneySupermkt online and as I applied a week ago they have since been withdrawn. So why at 11:30am today did @MoneySupermkt send a link to the offer above? All live now on their site but EON won’t fulfil them.
