Orthopaedic surgeon Kuldeep Stohr at Addenbrooke’s, Cambridge. Colleagues first raised the alarm around 2015–16. A review flagged her technique and judgement. The trust missed it. She kept operating for years.

Only in 2024, after more staff spoke up, did they pull her off the list. She was suspended in 2025.

The trust then “accidentally” published the interim numbers.
One child Jack Moate died two months after an eight-hour hip operation.
His case has been referred to the coroner.

This is not a one-off rogue. It is years of warnings ignored while children went under the knife.

Families deserve the full report, names of who sat on those 2016 findings, and consequences — not another “we’re sorry and we’ve learned.”
