Shoutout to the medical assistant who watched me try to hold my 5 year old daughter to deter from a meltdown while holding 3 water bottles, my purse, and my daughters sensory bag and decided she needed to take it from me so I could focus on my daughter.
You made my month.
My autistic daughter asked me to look her in the eyes while she told me something and then proceeded to not make eye contact with me (which is normal for her). I truly adore the way her brain works.
