And the stuff they are doing is needed. Bank load times, etc are very long, and the aim of this stuff is to alleviate that.

They are patching a lot of stuff on the backend (how quickly stuff like banks loads, etc), that stuff takes a lot of time, and last time, is was estimated they would be done with it, so they did only part of it.

Was tying MP to success of SP campaign good idea? Hell no, but it could be done without spending money. There was the Galaxy at War web app if you did not care for MP.
