I'm thinking of running some ads to support my debut novel. A friend suggested I used AI to create an image, so I requested: 'A blond male standing in front of the pyramids with a solar flare exploding behind.' This is what I got...!
I guess AI knows best what will attract a certain audience, but... what do you think? Should I use a half-naked male to portray my hero, Dr Saxon de Carey, fellow of All Saints College, Cambridge, or should I give him some more clothes? 📷

These stunning images of Northern lights over Cambridge eerily depict scenes from my forthcoming novel, White Powder of Gold, in which Earth faces a cataclysmic solar flare. A similar event, 200,000 years ago, destroyed an ancient civilisation whose survivors became the founder gods of Ancient Egypt.

An even greater solar storm is now imminent and Dr Saxon de Carey, fellow of All Saints College, Cambridge, confronts a world changed forever since he discovered Tehuti’s tomb.
