@FreeMadKing@skirkreeyn Yeah I had to go back and double check (this is what leads me to believe the gnosis does contain actual elemental power) apparently pre- shouki no Kami form, Scaramouche was seemly able to use the electro gnosis.
@DdailySovereign@SiKwanAno@skirkreeyn Someone else actually explained it all with different verbiage and it pretty much confirms we weren’t even talking about the same thing. I wasn’t claiming that the gnosis held the authority, I just meant the elemental power was never Phanes’ originally to give away.
@FreeMadKing@skirkreeyn (2) even though the destruction of the actual throne is what returned the authority or actual “rule” over that specific element. The gnosis definitely DOESNT hold the authority of the dragons, but it still SEEMED to have elemental energy, being what I meant before.
@FreeMadKing@skirkreeyn Okay this wording makes more sense. Thank you for explaining it this way. I’m only going off of the fact that it was proven that using the gnosis also granted the holder the ability to use that element making it seem like there is some remnant of power actually in the gnosis (1)
@DdailySovereign@SiKwanAno@skirkreeyn But the primordial one used the elements that were stolen earlier on from the dragons. So I’m just saying it’s a stretch to say that they have nothing to do with the dragons AT ALL.
@DdailySovereign@SiKwanAno@skirkreeyn I think we’re just misunderstanding each other. My point is who do yall think the primordial one got the power from to even put in the gnosis in the first place? You are correct that the throne is what is tied to the dragons authority. The gnosis is the remains of the 3rd (1)
@FreeMadKing@skirkreeyn Who then, pray tell, did the primordial one obtain the elemental power from in the first place? I get what you’re trying to say… the gnosis has nothing to do with the dragons authority. That is correct. But where do yall think the power came from? How is that “nothing” to do?
@DdailySovereign@SiKwanAno@skirkreeyn The gnosis are made of the dragons stolen elemental power housed in the remains of the 3rd descenders. The thrones and gnosis are separate concepts. Not reliant on each other. So your point was correct, but it’s the authority that’s not tied to the gnosis. Not dragons in general.
@DdailySovereign@SiKwanAno@skirkreeyn Yes, I’m aware the thrones hold the authority. Your word choice was the problem… you said “the gnosis have nothing to do with the dragons.” That statement is incorrect. The gnosis have nothing to do with the dragons AUTHORITY.
@SkylarM22104@skirkreeyn Why is everyone assuming the 3rd descender was her lover or child? The 3rd died 4500+ years before current events and Zhongli is the oldest archon and even he was not around at that time…
@FreeMadKing@skirkreeyn You just mean the “authority” part specifically? Because when Focalors destroyed the “throne” of the Hydro Archon, authority was returned to Neuvillette. That part makes sense, but the elemental power of the dragons are definitely in the gnosis. But it’s an independent concept.
@_samminicole@skirkreeyn Venti is not a “replica of an archon” he is the ORIGINAL Anemo archon. His body is the form of a friend he had that died… the kid was a regular ass person.
@Genshin_HU_Info The 3rd descender died 3700-ish years before the Archon war even started. The Tsaritsa was not the original Cryo archon, so it’s extremely likely she was not even alive for 3rd descender since Zhongli is stated in game to be the oldest of the Archons. Unless he’s an adopted son..
@ErickIs1CoolKid@Lordkyril@ApproachApathy@kirawontmiss I thought the same thing, but when I thought about it… he could be saying if you really were apathetic, you wouldn’t care enough to respond the way you did.
I still don’t know if he thought you meant empathy or apathy. 😂😂
I may just be giving him too much credit.
@husain_130@mikogenshinnews Actually it’s the opposite. The geo gnosis may be the only one aside from Cryo that she started with. The gnoses on Tsaritsa’s side are already captured pieces meaning the started on the black side. The geo gnosis is the white rook, but it looks like the other pieces are black.
@grd_scuttlebutt@mikogenshinnews I think the Tsaritsa just moved king E5 to F5 to take the pawn and put herself in check (illegal). Next move goes to black. The whole thing is confusing because the Tsaritsa is said to be the white king, but on blacks side it shows the white king piece already captured.
@KKBearKuma@Unknown008_@mikogenshinnews I was going crazy thinking about this. After the Tsaritsa makes her move to f5, it’s an illegal position. She moved herself right in front of the black rook. I could not figure out for the life of me what it was supposed to mean. But the rules or “laws” changing could make sense.
@shinyporygon2 As a woman who plays TCGs, we have women who show up to our locals/free play nights all the time. Not saying what OP mentioned doesn’t happen, but all the communities I’ve been a part of have been very welcoming. However, I mainly play OP and UA. What TCG is the most problematic?
