I’m introverted and may not have a big voice, but we need to have a conversation of about people charging premium prices for work lifted straight from Artbreeder.
These two took me less than 10 seconds to make. Look familiar?
I hope some bigger voices can open the conversation
@JoycoArts It’s not that it’s illegal. It’s people charging $100 or more for pieces that took them less than a minute to make and are not up front about it

@aLnimator I think you should be up front about the effort that is going in to creating the furries themselves. For the amount you are charging I think people expect more than clicking the refresh button on a third party site. But I understand why you wouldn’t want them knowing that
@pimpthepatties @NFOLDEDpaper @troctzul @PixelGuys_algo You made a huge deal of the Really Rich Flamingos art but Pixel Guys is totally cool… what’s the difference? Besides you making massive profit off the one you’re cool with
@troctzul @PixelGuys_algo I hear that. I think it’s just a fundamental misunderstanding from people new to NFTs in general. One of the top posts in r/CC yesterday was “why would someone spend thousands of dollars on a jpeg of a monkey” It’s hard to comprehend the utility of community until you’re in it
