@rhedak1 @ChatteringMagpi Then there is the matter of the work. Tedious work in animation is often done by new/young animators and artists, it is how they hone their abilities, and giving that work to AI will reduce the quality and quantity of the next generation of animators.

@rhedak1 @ChatteringMagpi Many feel strongly against using AI, especially in the arts, bc of the copyright infringement/theft ai scrapes it's abilities. Ai will mimic an art style and whatnot, stealing from the original artist just for a shitty knockoff, which can even be bad for the artist's brand
