🚨 NAGONDANAHALLI NEEDS ACTION — NOT ANOTHER ASSURANCE

This road patch near Sobha Windsor, Nagondanahalli, Whitefield has become a daily test of survival for both drivers and pedestrians.

The question is simple:

Where did we learn to drive on roads like this?

Maybe the RTO should bring new driving-licence applicants to roads like this and ask them to take the test here.

Because navigating this stretch is not ordinary driving.
It requires special skill, patience and constant judgement—while avoiding potholes, uneven surfaces, traffic and pedestrians.

But here’s the bigger question:

WHERE IS MY RIGHT TO WALK? 🚶‍♂️

Footpaths have been cleared in many places, and that is welcome. But clearing a footpath is not enough if pedestrians are forced onto a dangerous road because a deadly road patch makes walking impossible.

The Supreme Court has recognised the importance of pedestrians’ right to use footpaths.

So what are residents supposed to do here?

Walk on the road and risk our lives?

Children going to school.
Senior citizens going for a walk.
Parents walking with their children.
People going to nearby shops and apartments.

We are not asking for a luxury.

We are asking for a road that is safe enough to drive on and a footpath that is safe enough to walk on.

This is not just about one pothole.
This is not just about one road.

It is about who gets to use Bengaluru’s roads safely.

🚗 Drivers deserve safe roads.
🚶 Pedestrians deserve safe footpaths.
🏫 Children deserve safe routes to school.
👴 Senior citizens deserve to walk without fear.

Let’s make this a movement:

Don’t wait for another accident to ask who was responsible.

I failed to understand what is the legal basis that citizen has to Request/object/advise BBMP AE to stop the work and How BBMP oblige such request/Advise from a citizen who has no legal ground. My builder and land owner told me that they have executed a Relinquish Deed ..
