January 20, 2021 is a new dawn, a new day, and a new chance to create the American dream. We've been given a second chance to cherish and strengthen our precious democracy; let's not waste it. #Onward#Excelsior
The wealth gaps we are seeing and the level of concentrated wealth at the top usually comes before the fall of an empire.
Overconsumption and inequality, this study points out, have occurred in the collapse of every civilization over the last 5,000 years

The Northeast Ohio Young Black Democrats are proud to endorse Councilwoman @ShontelMBrown. We believe that Councilwoman Brown has the demonstrable leadership and experience to help us progress in the 11th Congressional District.
He’s able to do this in a way that makes him impossible to hold responsible for it under U.S. law, but it’s nevertheless what he’s doing. And it could absolutely work.
We need to be blunt about where we are. The de facto head of one of our two major political parties is leveraging threats of terrorist violence as part of a campaign to corrupt the administration of the electoral process.
In times of trouble, Americans reach out to offer help. It’s who we are. This week, President Biden announced that the U.S. will donate half a billion additional Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines to 92 countries in dire need in the fight against the pandemic.
On Jason Miller sudden departure
I joked that clearly Trump is out of money
ACTUALLY now that I think of the timing, Miller was forced to author that statement about Putin, and resigned in protest. Trump did it anyway. Miller knew that is a supremely dumb thing to do now
My latest: 25 GOP governors have cut pandemic unemployment aid over the last few weeks. I reviewed their personal financial disclosures, and found that some have ties to businesses that may benefit from those decisions https://t.co/RDiVigmqTX
2. The American press was, in most major cases, at least a passive, unwitting asset of hostile foreign powers due to their stenographic, braying repetition of Wikileaks' Russian-intelligence-derived stolen property dressed as news. This aided and abetted *crimes.*
1. The publisher of the WaPo should be savvy enough to understand that Trump did not control all 100,000+ DOJ employees directly - and that Biden likely strives to control ZERO of them, because he respects the institutions of this country. So this is a cheap, shady shot.
4. Not every government source is a legitimate whistleblower, as Wikileaks should have made clear. As Buzzfeed has recently shown, some stories are accessories to felonies - based on felony theft of defense information.
WaPo's Mike Flynn/Kislyak call story could be one, too.
3. The Washington Post has uncritically published the work of registered foreign agents of hostile powers - currently in the FARA database - without identifying this critical conflict of interest to its readers.
For the *unregistered* agents, it's even more complicated.
Broadband isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity to participate in the 21st century economy. That’s why we’re going to pass the American Jobs Plan and ensure every Georgian has access to affordable broadband.
